In addition to the commitments that I make as a recruiter, each candidate must take a share of responsibility to ensure that the results meet with their expectations. After all, this is your career and only you know what you are really looking for and what you need in order to feel good about the opportunity that you have asked me to find.

Perhaps the most exciting thing that any recruiter can do is work for a client that understands the value that an expert recruiter brings to the process. The only reason that any client should ever agree to pay a staffing fee is if the recruiter has the ability to substantially reduce the time frame required to secure profit producing talent.

I promise to put forth my best effort to bring together sleep medicine professionals and the organizations that employ them. I will maintain the confidentiality of both client and candidate until both parties have made a good-faith commitment indicating that each wants to know more about the other. There is never a fee to a candidate and I guarantee my client’s satisfaction or I will continue the search without additional fees until they are pleased with the outcome.
