I’m Russell Baugh, The Sleep Medicine Recruiter™. As a recruiter and career strategist, I specialize and devote 100% of my recruiting time to the field of Sleep Medicine. I help doctors and other certified sleep professionals locate their “dream” job in the clinical sleep medicine industry.
I’m certified by the International Professional Alliance of Staffing Specialists (iPASS) as a Black Belt Recruiter (BBR). Don’t think of me as a “just a recruiter” though, because I don’t do just what regular recruiters do. Normally, recruiters work to fill specific jobs that they are working on…if you are a fit…great! …but if not, then they move on and leave you in the dust. I’m different than that. While I work for my clients, I also attach myself to the person…the physician or certified sleep professional…that for whatever reason…is compelled to consider their next career move.
I’m passionate about what I do. If we work together, then its my job to search high and low to find your ideal job so that your next career move might be your last…it might even be the place where you retire from some day.
